Re: Paramount keeps crashing
Which Sky TV platform do you have, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Re: Paramount keeps crashing
Assume this is the only app you are seeing this kind of issue.
The Paramount app has been known to have random advert transition issues, but not recently seen your issue.
Unless an advert is playing out at the end of the programme and causing a random issue.
If you have not tried already or can do in the following order;
First try a restart of your broadband router/hub with the Sky Stream puck in standby.
Do a settings restart of the Sky Stream puck:
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass Tv or puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Perform an apps refresh;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
- Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: an apps refresh can take up to 24 hours for the app refresh to complete.
