Paramount+ error message
Hi, I upgraded paramount yesterday and now I'm getting the following message: Sorry but due to licensing restrictions, this video isn’t available in your location. Error code - 3304
ive done a reboot, refresh and nothing is changing.

I had that the other day, a restart in the settings solved it for me. Did you do that, or just pulled the plug?

Hi @JenDunphs I don't have Paramount + so have not encountered this issue. Maybe try unplug your router for about 15 minutes and when you plug it in it might give you a different IP address.
I just googled "Error 3304 Paramount plus" and found the following 1 minute YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBKmhGAbFC4&t=33s
Have a look to see if it helps but if not you may need to call Paramount for some troubleshooting.

Internet is virgin media, but have tried on Vodafone data on phone too and get same code. Think it's paramount side?
