Page restricted

my sky puck stopped working when I come in only had it 2 days and it wouldn't get past the load up screen so I did a factory reset and went to link my account and evey time I try it takes me to a page saying it's restricted but my details are right as I used them 2 days ago to link it I was on to sky and he said I can't help you other than what I tried to do lol it's a joke so if I can't get it to work I will just cancel it

Welcome to the forum, we are all fellow custermoers on here, you should no do a factory reset unless you are told to by a sky adviser on the phone, as you have now found out by doing a factory reset you have unlinked your account, you have to call sky for help a s a p
