Page restricted when trying to link my account to a sky puck

Trying to set up a puck and I can't link my account as it's saying the page is restricted

@macca1008 you are not signing in with ghe Sky id linked to the Stream account. If you need help,in resettingbthe id you will have to call Sky which is better left after the holiday.

Do make sure if this is a new Sky Stream setup, that your linking it with the account email you used when you  ordered.
