PROBLEMS ACTIVATING NETFLIX

New instalation . All going well except netflix. My account says I have it but when I try to join it starts to load then gets stuck on blue screen.

Hi @Heather999 

 

If you haven't tried already, might be worth rebooting the puck

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Thanks Mark. I've tried everything  i can think of including factory reset!!  I've even taken the puck upstairs to our other tv in case it's a problem with my tv.

I see some others have same problem but I don't see any fix mentioned
