New set up not connecting to internet

Got new hub and tv connection to broadband but no internet.  Tried all advice on help.  Nothing working.

You need to provide some more info on what you have tried and exactly what stage in the setup you are getting  any failure to connect messages?

If it's not connecting through the setup process to your wifi, try using an ethernet cable temporarily to your hub and when the setup has completed, then try again to connect wifi to your router again.

Try powering off the Sky  Stream box briefly and try the setup process again.
