Out of sync regularly, and the sound is very poor, robotic sound
I am paying for sky stream and can't even watch it as the sound is so bad,

@Breeda You haven't given the forum much to go one in your post, however out of curiosity have you tried playing with the sound settings in the puck settings menu?
