I'm trying to order another sky stream puck for another room in my house but keep getting a red error message saying "sorry we hit a problem, please try again"!. Any ideas?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Are you trying to add an additional puck within the MySky app?
Listed under Your Products>Manage home setup
If you add another one at an extra £39.95 it will also start up a Whole Home pack, if you do not have multiple pucks already.
That Whole home pack will be listed in the above Manage home setup.

I already have while home and a Sky Puck, just trying to add another one as Sky missed it off the original order as I asked for 2. Just keep getting the error and get fedup of navigating through there automated phone system 🙂

If trying on the Mysky app, try logging out, clicking account icon top left of the homepage of the app, scrolling down to the bottom of that page, signing out. Close down the app and signing in again.

I am using the app on my phone, I have already tried logging out of the app and back in. I have just gone and tried on my laptop and that is doing exactly the same.
