Ordered sky stream after engineer visit as problems with Sky Q signal. DPD have failed to deliver and they told me that parcel is lost. Rung Sky and just told that have to wait in case delivery is made ? They won't do anything until DPD confirms this which could take days and say just ring us. Not happy and service is dreadful by SKY as nobody wants to sort this out.
