What do i need to do to speak to a real person/human on sky? Virtual assistant does not seem to help! I've tried every number available for customer services without success! I have subscribed to Ad Skipping but for some reason streaming cuts of when i press skip button! Please please please HELP!

Which button are you pressing? There is no skipping button in particular, you just press the right hand side of the circle on the remote to engage fast forwarding. It's quite primitive and can be glitchy but it should then start fast-forwarding the ads on on demand content and on certain apps.

Thanks for your msg, oh yes I do all that but sometimes i get msg saying "oops something went wrong". It keeps buffing for ages then I give up trying!

Yeah, sadly that was my experience of ad-skipping too. I gave up after a year and cancelled my Stream subscription completely as it just didn't get any better. I now use an Apple TV 4K box with a NOW TV subscription which removes ads from Sky content rather than making them skippable. I also pay for ITVX Premium and Channel 4+ which also removes ads and makes the viewing experience much more pleasurable.
