Order cancelled 4 times
I have a Sky account, but each time ive placed an order for a package within an hour of placing the order it's cancelled. So i phone up again and place an order the same thing happens.
i have contacted my bank who verify i have a good credit score, ive just paid off my mortgage and have a car loan without missed payments. I pay my credit card off each month.
i am at a loss to understand why all my orders keep being cancelled without no firm reason.

Re: Order cancelled 4 times
Your bank can only say that according to their criteria they will or won't lend to you.
There is no such thing as a credit score.
Have you tried asking Sky why the order has failed?
If you are failing Sky's credit check then it's time to check your full Credit Report with the various CRAs.
This is a customer forum with little input from Sky and any company represantatives here will not be able to delve into commercial decisions for you.

Re: Order cancelled 4 times
Not really clear why Sky feels the need to do a credit check for Stream anyway, but a typical reason for that failing would be a data mismatch (slight difference in address, for example)
