Hi
I had now tv for years but I cancelled my subscriptions ages ago but I still have the account . I've recently become a sky stream + bb customer but I'm wondering how to connect the both together as it says on now website you don't have to pay separately for it as I pay for sky monthly anyway but says sign up with the same details but I've already got an account and if I got to make an account it takes me to buy packages but I don't want to be paying double . How do I connect the both Thankyou .

It's unclear what you're trying to do, but Sky Stream and Now TV are two completely separate things and are not linked in any way (other than being owned by the same company)

@Olivia101 Can you supply the link that said you can access NOWTV for FREE with a Sky Stream subscription?
I do not believe that is correct but would be very happy to be proved wrong😉

Afraid you were misinformed. They are two separate entities. Perhaps they meant that you would get Sky Go as part of your Sky package (though I'm not 100% sure how Go & Stream link together)

Sky GO is part of every Sky TV subscription and completely different service to NOWTV😉

@Olivia101 Do you really think @oj01 was being sarcastic ... seemed just an attempt at gaining additional information🤔

What are the benefits to having three pucks, a Whole Home sub and paying for a TV service from NOW?
I'm looking to save money also, I dont have a TV sub with NOW and would like to know the difference or should I use the TV service from NOW in tandem with Stream (but this seems a more expensive option)?

I've not started my research into NOW as yet, keen to know more on this also. Though I don't need more than one Stream device and ideally the service from NOW would replace my Stream service. I'd look to use the Apple 4K box for most other services (apart from iPlayer)

The moderators do not like NOWTV discussed from those perspectives ... so I will not respond😟
Compare the services and make your own decisions😉

What's a bit odd is that they closed down the NOWTV community forums earlier this year so there's no place for NOW customers to seek help or advice. It's no wonder those customers end up coming to the Sky community forums really...
I can see why Sky wouldn't like them being compared as services though, from an economic point of view. Is one cheaper than the other? Possibly. Is one better than the other? Possibly. They are very different services though but, as you say, it needs a bit of independent research to work out which service is better overall for an individual customer's needs.
Personally I think it's great that Sky offer so many options for us to receive their programming. It's up to the customer to decide which option is best for them and their budget.

@Ellie_TV I also think it is good there are various Sky subscription options😉
