@ALAN+ALEXANDER I don't know if you realise but this forum is Sky subscribers like yourself who try and help fellow subscribers with their problems. To just say "it is going on and off" is possibly the most unhelpful request I have ever seen. We are more than willing to try and help but would need a lot more information than that I'm afraid.
