I'm having issues with adding anything from great! Christmas onto my planner.
The problem is, as each movie has a break in the middle, it only saves the first half.
I've tried adding each half separately (as I had to do prior to sky stream) but when going to the second half on the planner it's already set to be added!
I've also tried adding the first half to one playlist and the second to another.
Neither works......help please.

Same here @Nance3 , it also does the same on 5 films in the afternoon, I did get in touch with Sky regarding this, and this was the reply:
Thank you for your e-mail to Sky regarding content from a third party.
The "Great" channels are not owned or operated by Sky.
Sky operate a open platform, any broadcaster with a valid UK broadcast licence is able to broadcast on our platform.
With that being said this is a known issue regardless of platform that if you record the first part with series link it will not pick up the second part.
The only solution is to watch the content live until the operator resolve the issue. It does affect other providers that have a split in the content with entertainment news in between.
I am sorry that its not the result your looking, however we will work with the provider to find a solution but ultimately it is out with our control.
Once again thank you for your e-mail and feedback regarding your overall experience using Sky Stream.

Re: Missing half of every recording on great! Christmas
Normally on this channel and others that split a film with a break, both parts and the break get cloud recorded.
I did add to playlist some split films a few weeks back and played out fine on that channel.
There was a time in the early days of Glass/Stream when some channels failed this method.
Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They will look at this and contact the third party broadcaster if need to.
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Missing half of every recording on great! Christmas
Thanks Freddie, won't hold my breath for the issue being resolved then.
Would watch live but unfortunately work gets in the way so now there's a few channels off my watch list lol

Re: Missing half of every recording on great! Christmas
Slightly off topic @Nance3 But you can watch Great TV's range of channels on demand through the Great TV Player, this is available on the web at great-player.com It even has an Android App for phone or tablet available on the google play store: Great Tv Player
At least this way you can watch the film you want, at a time that's convenient for you, and it plays the film in full without the annoying break in the middle.
Sorry mods for the name dropping, but I believe it was useful in this case!
Freddie.
Edit! Just noticed the App is also available in the Apple App Store as: Great! TV
