I was meant to receive a replacement puck which was ordered Friday 19th September

@Grantyfarty  Have you looked at your order tracking page or the mySky app?  As this is a customer led community and not Sky Customer services we can't see your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
