Sky stream puck

I had ordered my sky stream puck and broadband. My puck was attempted delivery, however failed despite me trying to re arrange on multiple occasions. Due to this the streaming has now been cancelled. Can this please be reordered?

Other customers can't reorder for you I'm afraid, you need to contact Sky directly @Rachel422
