Not picking up WiFi connection

Hi I seem to be stuck on this screen now tried everything restarted router puck still nothing as I was asked to factory reset after my uhd problem I now have this problem any ideas thanks

Who asked you to do a factory  reset ?

This should  only be done when on the phone with  sky  and an advisor  has talked you through  the reset, as when you do a factory reset  it wipes all your  account details  from the puck, i  would call sky about this issue

Have you tried connecting by pressing the WPS button on your router @Jaydris994 ?
