Poor service

So, who else has these puck issues?

Broad band drops out?

Equipment failing? (On 2nd box in 3 months and 4th remote)

TV picture pixelated?

Constant freezing?

Having to unplug and the wall and reboot daily?

Fast forward and the show starts over?

TV turns over randomly with nothing being touched?

And more.

Such timing might suggest either internet contention (too many users in the street for the bandwidth available) or local WiFi congestion.

Undoubtedly the result of the poor broadband connection to your Puck. Do you have a wifi or cabled connection to the Puck?
