Not able to activate paramount plus and discovery plus on my new contract

new  tv with new sky stream contract including ultimate with Netflix and sky cinema. Netflix activated without a problem. Paramount plus and Discovery plus ....  After one week trying still no result. Message on screen Mysky_1018 ? Phoned Sky a nightmare! 68 minutes Girl very nice, however could not resolve issue. Reboot, factory reset, Refresh apps. Nothing. Said that she will send this issue to her manager to see if they can get this resolved but told to wait 7 days? Then I can contact them again? Seriously. This will bring me close to my cooling off contract. Thus resulting in me stuck with a 24 month contract on apps I cannot use and ones that help me go for this package.distraught.
