Non delivery of Sky streaming puk

Hi everyone 

I placed my order on 19 August for sky streaming puk and got order confirmed email. Puk still has not been delivered and I have not received dpd tracking number. When I log into sky it just says your order is on the way. Has this happened to anyone before? Thanks

Hi @WL123 

 

The best thing would be to call sky and check (we are fellow subscribers here on the community) however Skys delivery times on the site are targets. I've ordered a mobile which stated "order before 8pm for next day delivery" but took two days to arrive.
