Technicall issue

My sky streaming shows all apps but won't play any of them. There is a black box saying Texhnical Fault

Hi @Caroline1901 

 

Try unplugging at the mains for at least two minutes in the first instance. If still having issues please let us know more so we can help e.g who your ISP is, what broadband speed you get and how your connected (e.g WiFi ), have they ever worked, is this a new set up etc?
