No sound on sky stream puck

For a couple weeks now I have had no sound on my sky stream puck. I can hear the background and nothing else. I've reset, tried all the setting options. I can only get voice sound on some if I put Audio on. I have to reset after every break or new episode?

@Hay88 if you are using TV speakers try setting the puck's audio output settings to PCM which is simple steroe. Otherwise check the settings on your TV or soundbar as it sounds like you are missing the centre channel which carries the dialogue in a surround sound set up.
