Discovery Plus no longer linking to me sky account

Hi, I can no longer watch live Eurosports on Discovery+ through my SkySports subscription. I could use this last week and have done so for over 12 months but now it is saying i need a TNT subscription to watch Eirosports content. Anyone got a fix ? Sky seay they know about the problem since early 2024 but have no fix. Thanks. TJ

Ive spoke with Discovery+ and the account with Sky needs to be unlinked and linked again via Sky.....but Sky have yet to do this
