No sound on Sky Atlantic and Channel 5

Setting up puck and have no sound on Sky Atlantic and Channel 5. Tried reboot and factory reset already.

Also cannot get Sky remote to turn LG TV off after it has been linked at setup stage.

@Hackedoff2   I can't help you with the lack of sound on Sky Atlantic or Channel 5.   With regards to not being able to turn off the tv off, after you have pressed the on/off button to turn Stream off, repress the same button and hold for 2 or 3 seconds and the tv should then turn off.
