No sound from sky puck

We have just got sky stream. There is no sound on some channels especially with live sports. I've reset the puck etc but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Try going into Settings > Picture & Sound and change the audio first to Dolby Digital (not Dolby Digital Plus). If that doesn't help, try PCM stereo. 

Lounge: Sky Glass gen 2 65” volcanic grey, Denon X3500H AVR. M&K K Series 5.1.2 speakers, PS5 Pro, Apple TV 4K, Sony X800 M2 4K player.
Bedroom: Sky Glass gen 1 43” dusky pink, Apple TV 4K.
