Puck Useless

At the end of my tether with Sky Stream puck.  My original one kept switching off.   Sky reset it with me several times over 3 40 min phone calls.  Would never link to my account so they finally sent a new puck. 

And yes after a few weeks it's only starting for a few seconds then switches off. 

I've reset it but when it asks for my Pin says it is wrong.  When I type in my payment details says it is wrong too.  Even though it isn't. 

Any ideas?  Thanks.

@GusSkyPans is this when you try to enter the pin for the remote?

Yeah.  It's finally accepted my bank details so ok now.  Just  weird this keeps happening if I reset it and how keeps losing poor.  Thanks for replying

@GusSkyPans no worries when you reset the puck and when it tells you the pin is incorrect if you pull the power out the back and plug in when you get back to it the pin will be accepted. It's a known issue
