No sky

I am paying for a sky package about £50 month but have no sky channels I cannot get the remote to connect to the puck and cannot get any help from a real person. When I phone the options are go to sky help which is of no help at all

@Jean5319 have you tried pressing 7+9 on your remote together for a few seconds, then 1+3 together for a few seconds to re-pair your remote and Puck?

Have you checked that all the paper is out of the remote, you can do this by taking the back off
