No remote came with new sky q

Hi, just had sky fitted this Wednesday as had no open reach box in house. Just set it up now new tv and stand came , there isn't a remote in for sky q box? Who do I ring to get sorted? Been on hold already half hour now?

Are you sure it was Sky Q? An engineer brings the Sky Q box, any mini boxes, all remotes and a dish if you haven't already got one.

Hi, it came in the post. Last week. Been waiting for the open reach engineer to come and fit the little white box with the green lights at top?

I think what has been delivered is your Broadband router not a Sky Q box. Sky Q boxes are not sent out in the post.

My router was white and the engineer fitted to the box on wall. The sky Q box was a very small black box about 5 inch square that fits into tv with a Q on the box? Totally different than my ex had so only presumed it was a new type as just a box. No dish or any wires to it apart from connected to tv.

Perhaps post an image but that isn't a Sky Q box. There is no new type of Sky Q box. Do you have a dish?

Then definitely not Sky Q. As stated an engineer sets up Sky Q bringing everything with them apart from the viewing card which is posted via Royal Mail.

Have just looked on net see what it is as never had sky as liked virgin. A lot less messing. It seems it's a sky Q puck????

Phone Sky CSs to report the missing for your Puck ... use 150 if your ISP is Sky and you've connected a phone to your router😉
