When I signed up for sky, for some reason DPD returned the skystream back to sky instead of even attempting delivery. I then had to call sky to get them to replace an order for a new sky stream puck.
The replacement was delivered, worked okay for initial setup and every since on every hard reset (like today as adviced by sky support to resolve issue), it gets stuck where the pin number needs to be entered on the sky link to activate the produce. I've previously been told by sky back end they aren't sure where the problem lies after days of waiting with no service it worked by a fluke but still breaks on every reset.
There's clearly been some sort of issue linked my Stream subscription to my account but I'm a loose end on how to resolve this long term given every attempt involves a 2 hour hold wait followed by a 5 working day wait for a "back end ticket" where they can't find any issues.
Has anyone faced similar issues and been able to resolve?!? According to my online sky account i still have no products with sky whilst being billed monthly for a product I cannot use or log to sporadically depending on how the box feels.

The best course of action is cancel Sky Stream and access Sky subscription channels using NOWTV😉
Perhaps Sky take notice of your cancellation and address your issues🤔
