No electric for 15 days. Who suffers the bill
In Ireland we had a major storm and had no electric for 15day.. what happens .. does the customer still have to pay full month of subscription 😞

In short yes, Sky can;t be held responsible for you having no power.

A frustrating situation! However Sky isn't liable for this because they were still providing the service, even though you weren't able to use it.
To reframe it, if you went on holiday for 2 weeks you wouldn't be able to get 50% off your bill.
You might be able to claim from the electricity company though, which might be worth a go? I suspect not though.

Technically I believe that you can make an insurance claim from the electricity DNO (District Network Operator) for reasonable losses but they can reject your claim under their force majeure clause aka act of God... This would typically cover them from weather related events beyond their reasonable control.
