No connection

I've recently purchased sky stream and broadband. Ive set up the hub and had it plugged in for over 24 hours and I still have no internet connection I've ran the service checker and that is telling me it is all clear. Could this mean I have an issue with the master socket?

@Byron2000  Sky Stream is the TV service which needs broadband to work, did you also order broadband?  If so your live date will be on the order email and is normally a minimum of 10 working days from placing the order.

 

The puck normally gets delivered next day

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the box you've plugged in has an HDMI socket then it's a Stream puck for television viewing, not a router for internet access.

 

As @GD1 indicates, the lead time for broadband installation is considerably longer than the puck shipping.

Yes I ordered both I've got the puck and the broadband hub

And my broadband went live on the 14th so I went to set it up after the live date
