We've just been set up with Sky. Only been provided with power cables so having to use Virgin's cables to plug sky puck into router and the aerial lead. Virgin will want these cables sent back with their TV box and router. I don't understand why Virgin provide the cables you need, but Sky haven't provided any???
No Ariel cable is required as the Sky Stream puck doesn't need to be connected to a TV Ariel ( it won't make a difference whether it's connected or not).
Sky won't provide an Ethernet cable with the puck either as it should work via WiFi. How well it works via WiFi will depend on the strength of the WiFi signal. Should a customer have issues when connected via WiFi the advice is then to connect it via an Ethernet cable ( which can be bought for a couple of pounds).

All Sky Stream pucks should come boxed with a power adapter, HDMI cable and remote control.
Ethernet cables are the responsibility of the customer, should they choose to use one, as they are not essential for the puck to function.
No aerial connection is needed - all channels on Sky Stream are delivered via internet streams.
