No WiFi connection sky puck

Sky puck when turning on keeps saying no WiFi connection when there is you have to turn it on and off to keep working

In addition to @Deedee36's suggestion you may also want to turn "overnight powersaving mode" to Off as well.

 

With both of the settings set like that is should eliminate any potential issues that are occuring when you first turn it out of standby in the morning.

Well that didn't work 🤦🏻‍♂️ still came up with no WiFi had to turn it off and on again

@Cj29 couple of other possiblities, first is your router is set to go into a low power mode and is taking to long to wake up. In which case you can sometimes just wait a few seconds and if you then click Home on the remote the puck will have picked up the connection.

 

The other is simply the Wifi signal isnt strong enough in which case try moving both the router and the puck so they are out in the open so the signal is maximised however if thst doesnt work you may need to consider a booster or as I did myself invest in a whole home wifi mesh solution.

The first message that should appear in this situation is.... STARTING INTERNET CONNECTION PLEASE WAIT X MINUTES... then if it fails to connect it should THEN report no Network Connection🤔

I have the same issue .  All other WiFi products fine just the sky puck I centrally have to reset
