Pixelating suddenly. Never had this with Vodafone

Our TV has never pixelated, until today. We are using Sky Puck and watching Sky Atlantic. Any suggestions please?

Also getting this. Same as you. Ok earlier today and suddenly all channels and downloads pixelated regularly

There's a definite trigger that causes it for me.  Using itvx then coming out of it to watch live tv causes pixelation across all channels.   No other app causes it and have to reset the puck each time.  Started with Q33 and continues with Q34

I'm watching all of my apps outside of sky and all fine. Ie Netflix or Disney from the tv  direct. 100% a sky issue
