No Sky
Hi, my Sky Stream has simply stopped working. I have Broadband, but at Christmas it said that it was unable to connect to my Hub, but I've checked with my provider and it is online. Now my TV is refusing to acknowledge the Sky Stream Puck at all. The screen was blue with connection problems message, now nothing, just a black screen.

Re: No Sky
@RalphSherlock Have you tried unplugging the stream puck from the wall for around 5 minutes, then switch it back on.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
