UHD option not working for TV Show

Trying to watch the first episode of IT: Welcome to Derry on my monitor which is connected to a Sky Stream puck. Unfortunately, it just plays on HD, even when I go to the format options and select UHD, it doesn't change anything. My picture and resolution settings: 

Picture Resolution - 2160p

Default streaming format - Auto

Judder reduction for TV apps - off

I have tried restarting the puck, still no change. UHD is working for other shows like Game of Thrones, The Iris Affair, etc so not sure why it's only impacting episode 1 of Welcome to Derry

It could be an issue with the metadata for that episode 

Send an email to viewerR@sky.uk which is the department that can deal with missing episodes etc

I can almost guarantee that at least 1 episode will not play correctly on UHD content. I wouldn't mind so much if it were the odd mistake but it happens all the time especially in HDR content. Pretty poor in my opinion.

Having the same issue with episode 4.

Sky stream is a pretty poor service, sounds great in principle but the amount of problems with it!

Got another 12 months before my contract ends unfortunately
