No Sky shows get tracked on Stream and CW

I've had this issue for months now that Stream does not track progress on shows anymore

Watched S1E1 of Helgoland, for example, and afterwards there is no sign of it on the show's page or in CW bar.

This is so annoying! These are Sky shows. That Disney doesn't share data and is therefore not on CW bar-fine.

The only shows in my CW bar are from Netflix now. At least Paramount+ or Disney+ still track progress within their respective apps.

Sky content, however, completely "disappears".

Tried rebooting, app updates, nothing works Anyone managed to solve this?

Cheers!

Try going here https://www.sky.com/mydetails/data-and-personalisation and disabling the personalisation and recommendations for Sky glass (basically the last option) then after a few minutes re-enable it.

it may take a few days but that should then start to repopulate the CW rail and the show/movie recommendations they suggest based on your viewing habits. It's likely some corrupted data on your profile that is causing this issue so this will clear that data and then re-enable the collecting of it.

@Dudi83  This has always been an issue and I suspect Sky have higher priority things to deal with.  I have literally just 5 minutes ago posted a reply on a similar thread at this LINK. Have a read of my post on that thread so I don't have to repeat it all again 😁.

@MarkGoldsmith  I have done as you suggest for other issues on the CW rail and it has resolved them but unfortunately it has never helped on the progress bar issue.
