No 3 button switches off sky puck

3 button switches off the puck, can't enter my pin without it

Try unpIring and repairing your remote as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky customer services for a replacement.
