Constant issues of sound/picture drop out

We have had Stream since May/June 2024 and had no issues up until all the problems in September.  It seemed to be fixed for a week but the last few weeks we have had continuous drop outs of sound & picture every day regardless of time the TV is on and end up with the dreaded "Please wait for your programme to load" and/or a blank screen.  Resets and various other things I have tried have not resolved anything.  This happens on all channels as well as BBC Iplayer Netflix, Disney+ etc.  I am just fed up of constantly resetting only for a short time later it goes again.

 

My broadband is not with sky and when using Netflix etc through the TV rather than sky and on my daughters TV it is absolutley fine although Sky Help tells me its a broadband problem which clearly it isn't!

 

Has anyone else come up with any other solutions apart from leaving Sky altogether!?

I can't help you but we have this problem too. Had our sky puck for only few weeks and we have had nothing but problems. We have no issues with any other device in our house, one daughter watches tv through fire stick, the other through roku and we also use two playstations to stream tv, so definitely not our Internet. We don't seem to get anywhere with sky and are just told constantly to reset. Today alone I have reset the puck maybe 6-8 times. It's so frustrating.
