@Jones46 It would be unlikely the puck freezes the TV, or do you mean the picture/channel/content you're watching on Sky Stream is buffering/pixelating?

The streaming box (puck) is receiving the TV programmes you are watching via your broadband.
The broadband connection MUST be fast and stable, otherwise Sky Stream simply won't work.
Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This will tell you the speed actually being received by the puck. You need a minimum of 25Mbps but preferably a LOT more for a chance of having a stable service.
