New sky stream

I have got sky hd plus box just got my new sky steam box today set everything up and now I can't watch anything as it is not linking my account it is very frustrating if anyone can help me set it up I would be very appreciative I was told it was simple and would be ble to do myself but as per usual with sky nothing is ever straightforward

@Vc5 normally you follow the on-screen instructions and once connected to your internet youbshould be told to go to Sk.com/activate and once signed in with the Sky id linked tomthe account enter the numercal code on the screen into the web page. 

If you are stuck I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
