New sky stream didn't connect
New sky steam. Plug in the box and jumped to a page you are connect, continue with the setup. I couldn't add my wifi code or my account password.
Did a hard reset and now only said updating software with out internet!!?
I can't do anything!!!!

Try all the steps outlined in that article. It may be you need to use an ethernet cable for initial setup and then go into settings then join your WiFi.
