Puk error
A month ago we lost a live channels on a puk. Attempted to reboot, update it but constantly going to software error page. Puk was replaced at a cost to us and the Puk is still showing a Software error page after attempting updates etc. it is now occurring on 3 puks. We have plugged in with an Ethernet cable too but still having software error. So 3 puks are out of use. I have phoned sky twice a week for the past 4 weeks and every person makes me follow the hard reset etc but still no luck.
has anyone else had this issue or any advise ?
it has now been 4 weeks without the use of 3 puks, one is still working (at the moment) and the sky glass tv is still working too!
we have connacted BT our internet provider and they can not see any errors or blocks on our 250mbs internet
