New sky stream boxes don’t respond

We received four sky stream boxes today. I have connected the first one and it is stuck on the first "Let's get connected" page. It does not respond to the temote control.

Can I call a number to address the fact that the new sky stream boxes do not work at all?

The standard suggestions can't be followed up as the box is stuck on the first screen.

Unplug the stream puck for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.
