@S14HEX You've posted this in the Sky Q forum, which service did you actually sign up to as you mention pucks which are nothing to do with Sky Q
Pucks are used when you have ordered Sky Stream, there is no main box. Sky Stream is deliverd over your broadband connection.
Sky Q is a satellite delivered service and would need a dish & main box Sky Q plus mini boxes, both of which a installer would bring.
If you check your order confirmatuon it will tell you what you ordered.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
