New sky stream and sky cinema upgrade

I have just set up my Sky Puck which I got told came with Sky Cinema but telling me I have to upgrade. Does anyone know what's going on?

On the Stream box, if you go into My Sky at the bottom of the screen > My Poducts > Sky subscriptions, is Sky Cinema showing there? Alternately if you go into the My Dky app on your phone, > TV, do you see Sky Cinema under Your Content Packs?
