Can not get any recordings from channel 4 to play

I have loads of series that I like to watch on channel 4, but it won't let me play any of them.

The 4 logo just keeps spinning on a black screen.

I have tried all of the recommended options, reset apps, turned off sky at the wall, turned off broadband shield, and nothing works.

Surely this should have been sorted by now, as when you google it, sky users have been having this issue since last year!

We pay enough for Sky!

It's so annoying when you're paying for it. It shouldn't be up to us to have to contact channel 4 app developers and sort it!

Sky advertise the app as part of a package, so they should ensure that it works.

I want to watch MAFS UK lol.

So my 4OD app doesn't work rebooted three times and factory reset twice refreshed apps countless times yet it does work on puck  upstairs getting very fed up with SKY already cancelled both mobiles as network coverage is pathetic and got replacement with superb coverage broadband nearly trebling in price so cancelling that next month looks like tv will be next top it all sky sports continue to give airtime to that 🔔 end of a ex referee Gallagher who continues to back the referees every week I appreciate he is always going to do that so get rid and don't bother rant over!!! 😉

I can't even find a way of contacting Sky either. They shouldn't be allowed to hide behind community advice.

Where is a Sky rep?? Why aren't you sorting this for your paying customers?!

Working fine for me, so not a general problem.

Have you tried accessing the Channel 4 app on your Smart TV ... no payment required it is a FTA service😉

Yeah I tried but can't even get into my actual smart tv options. 
I've tried changing all of the HDMI options and none let me use my actual TV as a smart TV.

Have you tried pressing Home button on your Smart TV's remote... you may also have to install the app from the Smart TV's App Store😉
