Disappointed with service

Just got sky stream and am really disappointed by how many times it has gone down over past few weeks!  Is this normal or an anomaly?

Very much an anomally

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I am finding issues this week, Tuesday 24th my Internet is fine (another provider), but I can't load anything on Sky, Netflix and live TV not working either, wish Sky made it easier to report this on the app as we should be refunded.

To get any compensation you have prove the is a service outage ... currently there Sky Stream service is active🤔
