New sky tv and broadband customer. Broadband is working sky tv is not, says technical fault try later with all channels. I have tried switching off and back on again

@Kerrieh1 have yout tried unplugging the stream puck for several minutes, and not just turned it on and off?

@PrincessDiamoni How is the puck connecting to the hub?   Have you tried a network reset on the puck?

 

Have you tried rebooting the hub?

 

Have you tried ethernet instead?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
