Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Griswalds and welcome to the forum.  I'm assuming you can't use the remote to get to the menu options so do the following: 

 

Press 1 and 3 together until an on-screen menu appears (about three seconds) and follow the instructions when they appear.
